I’m Yoshiko R. Richardson, and I’m blessed to be married to Pastor John Richardson. Together, we lead TOP Church, a fast-growing ministry in Beaumont, TX, where we’re passionate about building a community of faith, love, and transformation. Our mission is to empower believers to walk boldly in their purpose, and it’s an honor to serve alongside my husband in this journey.

Author & Speaker
As an author, I’ve written multiple books, including Beauty for Ashes, Call Unto Him, and Beyond Charity, with more on the way. My writing focuses on faith, prayer, healing, and purpose, offering spiritual insight and encouragement to those seeking a deeper relationship with God. Whether through books, teaching, or intercession, my goal is to equip believers with the tools they need to grow in their faith and walk in victory.

Founder of Chrysalis
I am also the founder of Chrysalis, a nonprofit dedicated to providing vital services to survivors of domestic violence. Through Chrysalis, we offer resources, therapy, and workshops to help women rebuild their lives and rediscover their purpose after trauma. My heart for this cause is deeply rooted in my desire to see survivors become whole, thriving members of society again.

Prayer & Intercession
In addition to my work in ministry and advocacy, I lead Call Unto Him, a prayer ministry that equips intercessors for battle through deep, focused intercession. Prayer is not just something I do; it’s who I am. Through this ministry, I help others grow in their prayer lives, engage in spiritual warfare, and shift atmospheres to bring supernatural breakthrough.

Nonprofit Consultant & Community Builder
I’m also a nonprofit consultant, helping organizations leverage their resources and bridge the gap between stakeholders and their cause. I teach nonprofits how to maximize their impact by aligning their vision with effective strategies and funding opportunities, ensuring they create lasting change in their communities.

Life Beyond Ministry
But there’s more to my story. I’m a proud dog mom to two fur babies, Kolin and Faith, who bring so much joy into my life. I’m also a lover of good food, whether it’s a comforting bowl of pho, a spicy seafood boil, or just enjoying moments of laughter that leave me in tears. I believe in enjoying life to the fullest, embracing every moment, and sharing love and light wherever I go.
